To improve business excellence, for new
companies that have just stood up they should understand and focus to the
goals. The several things that can be done include:
1. Paying attention to product quality
The main thing that attracts the
consumers to buy a product is the quality of the product. Product quality can
be seen on the packaging and benefits.
2. Good service
Good service comes from people who deal
directly with products and consumers. Ethics in providing the service is very
important, with good service quality will make consumers comfortable and
increase customer satisfaction.
3. Product diversification
Product diversification is intended to
make one similar product with many variants. This will make consumers have many

4. Expansion
